With many years of experience behind us, All-Pac, Inc. will design and engineer a truly sensible solution for optimum product protection. Our in-house design and prototype department will evaluate multiple design options to lower your labor costs, reduce cube size and eliminate damage during transit. After careful concept development and engineering, you will receive a prototype that will perform. We provide quick response times from engineering, using CAD/CAM rapid-prototype equipment for new designs to design updates.  Upon approval of prototype, CAD specifications are available to you for your documentation.

From a rough sketch to a complete set of CAD specifications, All-Pac can engineer and fabricate the best and most cost effective design for your supply chain needs.

Testing
All-Pac, Inc. offers our customers engineered analysis and testing at our in-house lab to ensure package performance. Drop testing is a vital process in determining how a product will respond to the rigors of handling and distribution. Testing is done in-house; data is available immediately to aid in optimizing a design solution using ISTA and ASTM standards. Qualification testing saves you valuable time and validates your products' protection.
